With our rubber compounds, sealing systems, roll covers, corrosion protection, molded parts, made of a wide variety of caoutchouc types, and more are being produced. Our compounding solutions provide customized support for companies in a wide range of industries. Customer service, comprehensive advice and technical support are our top priorities. We currently have around 5,000 rubber compounds in our repertoire, including numerous basic formulations for the development of new products. The 100% testing carried out on every production guarantees the highest product quality. And of course we also produce rubber and masterbatches according to your own proven recipe.

Our extensive range of delivery forms for elastomers / polymers includes, among other things, wig-wag skins, detachment-free panels, endless feeding strips, granules, and extruded and mangled sheets, which can be vulcanized upon request. Depending on your needs, we can produce your rubber compound in very small quantities starting at one kilogram.

New in our rubber factory: A highly automated, combined roller-head mangle line from Troester. The special line for precise forming of extruded and mangled rubber sheets and single sheets based on all common elastomers consists of:

• Extruder with a wide spray head
• 4-roll mangle
• Thickness measurement device
• Cooling drums
• Transfer belt
• Automatic turning wrapper

Round anniversary for one of our most interesting systems. What makes it so special?

Probably the most important feature is that this machine is completely separated and thus strictly protected from contamination from other production areas. That way we can guarantee a particularly high purity of the fluororubber compounds and avoid any raw material carryover. With our FKM blender line, all delivery forms such as skins, feeding strips, extruded and mangled tracks, as well as granules can be realized.
